About the role You are the leader and heartbeat of our HIIT classes. As a coach & instructor, it is your job to guide both experienced and inexperienced participants through the session – in every interval and every movement. We believe that exercise should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that’s where you come in.

HIIT is a group training format performed collectively in a gym environment, where strength exercises are alternated with cardio training in 4 different challenges. It is your job as a coach to instruct your participants in both technique and intensity, as well as keep the motivation high.

The position entails a part-time employment of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Jönköping Väster. Don’t have a coaching qualification? No worries - if you are the right person for us, it will be included in your employment.

We are looking for you To thrive and develop in the role of coach & instructor, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has a knack for inspiring others, and can clearly guide others through their training. We prefer that you have some experience in both strength and cardio training.

Of course, you should be comfortable leading others and speaking in front of an enthusiastic group of participants. We see your interest in fitness and health as a given.
